Shipping & Return Policy

Our sunglasses are sold by dozen, displays and other accessories by piece, FOB Houston, TX. Orders will be processed by the next working day. If there is a delay in your order, we will notify you either by phone or e-mail. The total shipping cost depends on your shipping method, weight, dimension and value of your package.

All claims for return and exchange due to defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

All returns must be authorized. You must call 1-800-777-7656 or email to get an authorization number. All returns must be in full dozens and in its original package.

No returns or exchange on promotional items. Unauthorized returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will not be responsible for shipping/handling on any returns except in the case of defective merchandise.
